My overarching goal is 'ultra-agile development'. There's not a formally defined methodology for this term. I use it to push the limits of faster design cycles, extremely minimal overhead and near instant responsiveness to change.
For me it started with creating an ultra-agile software development company. My inspiration was how to develop software while skiing. True, that's an odd combination at first glance. The silence and solace while skiing is the perfect time for ideation. For me, it's the very best place to think about software architecture.
